Will Richards, President
Will Richards has over 15 years experience in sales & marketing, including 9 years selling independent financial research to the Institutional Buy-Side in the US, Europe and Asia. Working at BCA Research (The Bank Credit Analyst) from 2000-2004, he was part of a team that developed a systematized sales process for opening new accounts and managing relationships with the institutional buy-side. Will founded Financial Research Solutions in 2006 in order to assist boutique research firms meet their business development goals. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in 1997.
Sarah Zeidel, Account Manager
Since joining FRS in 2008, Sarah Zeidel has fostered relationships with portfolio managers and analysts in the world’s largest financial institutions, including private banks, mutual fund companies, pension funds and hedge funds. A natural prospector and relationship builder, Sarah has closed dozens of client accounts through face-to-face meetings, presentations and tele-conferences in North America, Europe and the Emerging Markets. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in 2008.
Donald T. Walcot
Senior Advisor
With over 40 years experience in the financial sector, Mr. Walcot has been a Senior Advisor to FRS since the firm’s inception. During his career, Mr. Walcot has worked as Analyst, Portfolio Manager, and Chief Investment Officer for some of North America’s largest institutional buy-side money managers, such as Royal Trust, Ontario Hydro, Sun Life and Bimcor (Bell Canada). He currently sits as a Board Member on numerous pension investment committees including McGill University and the Ontario Workers Safety and Insurance Board. He also acts as Advisory Board Member to Aim Trimark, a Toronto-based mutual fund company.
Angela Burlton, CA, ICD.A
Senior Advisor
Ms. Burlton has been a Senior Advisor to FRS since 2007. Ms. Burlton is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in initiating, developing and building new businesses. Combined with her formal training as a Chartered Accountant, Ms. Burlton brings an expertise in both the top-level vision of strategic planning, as well as the day-to-day details of accounting and cash-flow management. Ms. Burlton is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Dobson Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, part of the Desaultels Faculty of Management at McGill University where she teaches at the BCom, MBA, and Executive Institute levels. She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Stefan Quenneville, MBA, CFA

As an Advisor to FRS for the past 4 years, Mr. Quenneville has over 10 years experience as a consultant and analyst in the international financial markets on both the institutional buy-side and sell-side. His career includes working as a sell-side analyst at Macquarie Capital Markets. He has also gained experience as an institutional equity salesperson, covering accounts in Canada and the US North-East. Mr. Quenneville currently works as a Senior Analyst for Stanton Asset Management, manager of the O’Leary Family of Funds. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds various financial industry certifications.
